Mailiac is built for long relationships, not lock-in. Our first client stayed with Mailiac for 15 years, but customers can cancel anytime themselves.

Billing is handled through ThriveCart. That means your subscription, payment details, invoices, and cancellation flow live in ThriveCart's customer-facing subscription tools.

ThriveCart cancellation steps

Find your ThriveCart email

Open the receipt or subscription email you received after ordering Mailiac. Use the same email address you used at checkout.

Open the customer link

Use the customer hub, receipt, or subscription-management link provided by ThriveCart for your order.

Choose the subscription

Find your Mailiac subscription in ThriveCart, open the subscription details, and choose the cancel option.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the confirmation prompts until ThriveCart shows that the subscription is cancelled or no longer renewing.

What happens after cancellation

No cancellation call is required.

You can cancel without scheduling a call or asking for permission. If ThriveCart confirms the subscription is cancelled, Mailiac will stop renewing according to the billing status ThriveCart sends us.

If you still cannot access the subscription-management page, contact Mailiac support from the email address used for purchase so we can help identify the order.
