Mailiac collects the information needed to create and deliver your newsletter drafts. This may include your name, email address, business domain, email system, checkout details from ThriveCart, newsletter preferences, generated newsletters, and chat messages inside the app.

How We Use It

We use this information to create your account, generate newsletters, improve future newsletter ideas, send login links and notifications, provide support, and operate the Mailiac service.

AI Processing

Mailiac uses AI providers, including Anthropic, to analyze your business domain and generate newsletter drafts. We send only the information needed to produce and revise your newsletters.

Email Delivery

We use Resend to send service emails such as login links and newsletter-ready notifications.

Payments

Payments and checkout information are handled by ThriveCart. Mailiac receives checkout data needed to create your account and provide the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only when needed to run Mailiac, such as AI generation, email delivery, hosting, storage, analytics, checkout, and support.

Website Analytics

With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity on our public website to understand page visits, clicks, scrolling, and other interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. This helps us improve our website. Clarity uses analytics cookies and shares website usage data with Microsoft. We do not install Clarity in the customer app or admin area. You can allow or decline Clarity analytics and change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining prevents Clarity from loading on subsequent page visits. Data Retention

We keep account and newsletter data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

Your Choices

You can contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion of your account information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
