Service

Mailiac provides AI-assisted newsletter drafts, revision support, HTML email output, and import guidance for customers who want to send newsletters from their own email platform.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing each newsletter before sending, confirming that claims are accurate, complying with email marketing laws, and using your own email platform appropriately.

No Sending Guarantee

Mailiac prepares newsletter content and HTML for import. Unless separately agreed, Mailiac does not send campaigns on your behalf and does not guarantee revenue, deliverability, clicks, conversions, or affiliate commissions.

AI Output

AI-generated content may contain errors or require edits. You must review and approve the final content before using it.

Partner Emails

Partner emails may include affiliate or referral opportunities. You are responsible for joining any partner program, providing the correct affiliate URL, and complying with disclosure requirements.

Payments

New subscriptions are available to business customers only. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel future renewals through the support link on your ThriveCart receipt, or contact people@mailiac.com. The seven-day free trial is followed by $299 per month + applicable VAT unless you cancel before billing; the final amount and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Cancelling your subscription closes access to Mailiac immediately; it does not delete your account or revoke any newsletter HTML you already exported. Optional branding removal costs $497 once and requires an active Mailiac subscription to use the app. Earlier purchases through another provider remain governed by the terms presented at that checkout.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Mailiac to create illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, spam, or harmful content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Mailiac after changes means you accept the updated terms.
